Ruscom Maple is a small family maple operation located along the Ruscom river in Lakeshore Twp, Essex Cty. Approx 500 trees are tapped and syrup produced by traditional methods using only buckets and boiling over a wood fired arch.
This is the 5th yr anniversary of Ruscom Maple which is likely the most Southern sugarshack in Canada. There will be tastings of several products and possibly other vendors to celebrate the weekend.
