Paul Martin started some 55 years ago collecting sap on the banks of the Grand and Canagagigue rivers and boiled sap in a open flat pan with his Dad. It is here Paul developed the love for producing maple syrup.
We’ve been passionate about maple to this day. 2022 was a busy year with the addition of our new sugar house.
Paul and his family now are marketing maple known as Northwood Maple Farms
