Jameswood Maple is a 1200 tap operation located 15 minutes west of Almonte on Wolf Grove Road. We use vacuum assisted pipeline that brings all the sap to the camp in a closed system. Our award winning syrup is produced in modern stainless steel pans, over a high efficient wood burning evaporator. Our procedure allows us to make a large percentage of the Golden and Amber grades of syrup. Syrup making has been in the James family for over 100 years, here in the Lanark Highlands.
