Welcome to Stonehill Estates Sugar Shack, Canada’s Southernmost Sugar Shack located at the historical McCormick homestead on Pelee Island. We started producing syrups in 2025 and are excited to be slowly revealing our plans for our historic sugar shack, the addition of a pancake house, and some speciality small batch syrups including a Barrel Aged Syrup in 2027. We are very excited to open the farm for our first ever Maple Weekend! This year with over 215 taps we are producing several small batch maple syrups, and a walnut syrup.
