Spirit Rock Maple

Spirit Rock Maple proudly produces organic maple syrup from the sap of over 13,000 sugar maples nestled near the edge of the Niagara Escarpment. We use modern food processing standards and a traditional wood-fired evaporator to create a single forest pure organic maple syrup of the highest quality with exceptional flavour.
