Our sugar camp is located on 100 acres on the Bellamy Mills Road between Almonte and Clayton. We are in our 6th season of operation and have continued to grow our taps. We’re currently at 2600 taps, the majority of which are on 50 acres, part of the Cochran land grant from the 1830’s. Syrup making is part of both our families history.
We boil on a traditional wood fired evaporator and bottle hot in glass bottles. When you visit us you’ll be able to sample warm syrup, see us boil, and purchase maple products. Take a walk amongst the gravity fed pipeline, we have roughly 3km’s of trails meandering through the bush. Proper footwear is highly recommended.
