Explore the Mountsberg Sugar Bush to see historical and modern methods of tapping, collecting and boiling sap to make syrup.
Take in a maple candy making session or travel on a horse-drawn ride through the bush to learn about this special forest and how we care for it. Finish off your visit with a stop at the Pancake Pavilionfor a plate of flap jacks covered in pure maple syrup!
This program is available weekends only February 27 - April 5. Available daily during March Break (March 15-19,2010). Hours of operation: 10 am - 4 pm.
